Your assigned garage parking, is less than 20 steps to the elevator with carts to bring up your bags, and a step up curb along side to keep a kayak that can be rolled or carried... to the very close by kayak launch (no fee).  Which brings us full circle... back to the beautiful private marina. The marina is owned and operated by the Tarpon Cove association, which does not make a profit off it's Tarpon Cove users, $175/month.  For others in the community (if available) can be rented for approximately double the cost. Tarpon Cove residents has first rights. The Tarpon Cove Association has two pools, a spa, two tennis courts, a fitness center, bocce and horeseshoe courts, an art studio, and large clubhouse for community and private events.  There are ample grills, picnic tables, bike racks and walking paths throughout the community.  And above all... a community 24/7 attended gate.
